Office Manager (m/f/d) at Georg Neumann

 

 

Our Neumann office in Berlin stands for innovation, precision, and a strong team culture. As part of a dynamic environment, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual who, with strong organizational skills, a high level of ownership, and an open-minded attitude, will take responsibility for our office management and actively contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the office in part-time for 30 hours per week.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • You independently organize and manage all office processes – from material procurement to the coordination of external service providers.
  • You continuously improve office workflows and document structures, ensuring a professional and efficient organization.
  • You welcome and support guests as well as employees and serve as the central point of contact for all office-related matters.
  • You coordinate appointments, meetings, and internal events, and provide support with administrative tasks.
  • You work closely with internal interfaces, particularly IT and HR.
  • You also see yourself as a “feel-good” factor within the office and, through your professional presence and appreciative manner, actively contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • You have completed a commercial vocational training, e.g. Office Management Clerk or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of experience in office management or in an assistant role.
  • You work in a goal-oriented and structured way, while always maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  • You are reliable and known for your efficient and meticulous working style.
  • You possess strong communication skills, assertiveness, and present yourself in a professional yet warm manner.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and act as a reliable central point within the daily office environment.
  • You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
  • You are confident in using MS Office and digital tools.
  • You have a strong understanding of modern office organization and can inspire the team to embrace new processes.
