Business Development Manager Pro Sound AMER

We're looking for a driven Pro Audio Business Development Manager to expand our presence across key markets including Pro Sound, Broadcast, Touring & Rental, House of Worship, Theaters, and Recording. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing complex project-based sales, and building long-term customer relationships throughout the TOLA region.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and customer acquisition
  • Develop and manage project opportunities from prospecting through handoff
  • Deliver product demonstrations and customer presentations
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams
  • Maintain CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of business development or outside sales experience
  • Experience in Pro Audio, AV, IT, systems integration, or related industries
  • Knowledge of IT systems and networking environments
  • Proven success in consultative selling and new customer acquisition
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • CRM and pipeline management experience

 

Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 4 days per week, including overnight travel
  • Valid driver's license and passport
  • Fluent in English
