HR Coordination
- Own staff records and HCM data integrity as the foundation for good HR decisions
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, resolving issues with speed and care
- Drive seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences that reflect our culture
- Partner with managers on performance management, talent reviews, and employee benefits
- Support payroll accuracy and deliver timely HR reporting and insights
- Shape internal HR communications that keep people informed and connected
- Step in across TA and HR projects where the business needs it most
Office Coordination
- Keep the workplace running efficiently — supplies, access, facilities, and vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with building management and contractors
- Create an office environment where people do their best work
- Own office expenditure, supplier contracts, and ongoing cost reviews
- Organise events and initiatives that strengthen our team culture
- Continuously improve office processes, health and safety standards, and administrative systems
