Inside Sales Support
Role Summary
Providing Inside Pre-Sales support to Sales Managers and Business Development Managers by putting together quotations of varying complexity, alongside administrative tasks such as running CRM reports, ensuring CRM data quality, coordinating demo shipments, and following up on customer meeting action items.
Job Requirements
- Prepare proposals (orders, tenders, quotations) of varying complexity based on project size
- Analyse sales and CRM data to generate insights that support sales decision-making
- Prepare and coordinate sales presentation slides to support data-driven, revenue-generating decisions
- Perform stock checks and stock risk analysis
- Generate reports from the CRM system and maintain data quality
- Document activities and follow up on action items with customers/end users
- Coordinate demo shipments
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Diploma or technical audio training, or relevant training/college education, with 3 years of customer service experience in a technical, audio, or manufacturing environment
- Proficient in PC skills, with strong Excel and data skills, and experience using a CRM system
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights that support sales decision-making
- Solid technical understanding of company products and solutions preferred, with the ability to learn to prepare technical quotations and identify required accessories
