Manager Campaigns & Planning (m/f/d) | MK449
Your responsibilities in this role
- You will lead and develop the global Campaigns & MarCom team as well as the global newsroom, and take end-to-end ownership of global campaign development – from strategy and briefing to creation, production, global rollout, and continuous optimization.
- You will define the integrated global full-funnel campaign strategy that combines brand building, demand generation, and ABM mechanisms.
- You will develop and manage a global campaign roadmap that targets the audiences of the Sennheiser verticals and bundles products/solutions, brand-relevant topics, and always-on activities.
- You will work closely with Product Management and Product Marketing Management to align product- and solution-specific go‑to‑market activities with overarching campaign and MarCom planning, ensuring coherent narratives, synchronized timelines, and an integrated global-to-local activation approach.
- You will lead the global Campaign Hub and establish clear processes, playbooks, quality standards, and structured learning and optimization loops.
- You will act as the central point of contact in cross-functional working groups and collaborate intensively with the Content, Digital, Social, PR, Brand, UCX, and regional marketing teams.
- You will coordinate with Strategic Marketing as well as Media & Channel Strategy on channel strategies, media investments, KPI frameworks, and cross-channel deployment planning.
- You will orchestrate integrated multichannel activation across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels in close collaboration with Digital Marketing, Social Media, and PR & Influencer Management.
- You will oversee the production, distribution, and activation of all global campaign assets via the Content Hub and ensure timely global-to-local operationalization of all toolkits.
- Together with the Website Product Owner, you will be responsible for governance, structure, content, tracking, and technical setup of campaign landing pages – and you will continuously optimize all measures across the full funnel using data insights.
Your Qualifications
- You hold a completed Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You bring extensive experience in integrated marketing, global campaign management, or marketing communications, ideally across multiple channels (Brand, Digital, Social, Content, Influencer).
- You have a proven track record of running global full-funnel campaigns and possess deep understanding of full-funnel mechanisms (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Account-Based Marketing).
- You have experience leading global teams and demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills, especially within global-to-local structures.
- You collaborate confidently across functions with Brand, Digital, PR, Product, UCX, and regional teams, and you are practiced in managing complex international stakeholder environments.
- You are proficient in working with messaging frameworks, creative briefings, and developing strategic storytelling approaches.
- You can orchestrate integrated multichannel strategies across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels.
- You bring a strong analytical mindset, including experience in KPI definition, performance analysis, and data-driven optimization.
- You have strong prioritization skills, high resilience, an ownership mindset, experience in managing agencies, and a willingness to travel internationally.
