Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Specialist – Order to Delivery to support the efficient movement of products, spare parts, and repair-related shipments across the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics operations, inventory activities, import/export documentation, and transportation services to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain operations and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations & Distribution

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to support efficient order fulfilment and material flow.
  • Coordinate warehouse and inventory activities, including stock accuracy, goods movements and inventory reconciliation.
  • Coordinate transportation, shipment tracking and delivery execution with logistics service providers.
  • Prepare and maintain logistics documentation and ERP transactions to support compliant logistics operations.
  • Support management of demo equipment, marketing materials and designated inventory.

Import/Export & Compliance

  • Coordinate with all established carriers and forwarders (Fedex UPS or others) to ensure shipments have the required documents and information to enable delivery
  • Retain document packets for each shipment to support audits, legal requirements and duty draw back.
  • Coordinates necessary paperwork and documentation in compliance with tariff, certifications, and customs regulations.
  • Coordinate with local warehouse for prioritization of deliveries and facilitate dock availability for the forwarders as required
  • Enter all pertinent information on the government sites to facilitate the completion of each packet
  • Reverse Logistics oversight

Repair & Service Logistics

  • Coordinate logistics activities related to customer returns, repairs, spare parts, and service-related shipments.
  • Support the movement of repair units between customers, warehouses, and service centers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and system records for repair-related materials and transactions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Customer Support, Order Management, Repair Services, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.
  • Provide shipment updates, inventory visibility, and logistics information to support customer service and operational decision-making.
  • Assist in resolving delivery issues, shipment discrepancies, and logistics-related concerns.
  • Participate in Order-to-Delivery reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Other Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, supply chain service standards and operational procedures.
  • Support country-specific operational requirements where applicable.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborative working culture.
  • Support onboarding and development of colleagues where required.
  • Undertake other duties, projects and responsibilities as reasonably assigned from time to time, consistent with the scope, responsibilities and level of the role, to support business and operational requirements.

Qualifications

Required

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Knowledge of import/export processes and shipping documentation.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, customer service, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of shipping, transportation, and inventory management processes.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with warehouses, carriers and/or freight forwarders
  • Valid driver's license.
