- Manages multiple projects and ensures success in terms of time, costs and quality
- Deep understanding and application of project management methods and flexible implementation of latest trends and technologies in project management
- Evaluates and selects external development partners in the project team, particularly with regard to their development know-how
- Manages and develops external development partners, both in terms of work results and compliance with development standards
- Takes technical leadership of development team and closely cooperates with disciplinary supervisor
- Optimizes resources, develops risk management plans and handles crises efficiently
- Develops communication strategies and conducts successful negotiations with internal and external stakeholders and partners
- Moderates project meetings, workshops, and interdisciplinary coordination meetings.
