The Sales Director, Key Accounts, Americas will be responsible for providing overall direction, sales strategy, and team management to meet and exceed profitable sales targets for Key Accounts in the Americas.  You will work closely with the Vice President of Global Key Account Sales to implement sales strategies to grow revenue, increase profit, and our brand position within the markets we serve. You will work closely with your sales team as well as Inside Sales Support colleagues to analyze sales activities against goals and ensure sales goals are met and/or exceeded. 

 

Competencies & Qualifications  

 

• 4-year University degree; degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) 
• Sales leadership, coaching, and team development  
• Strong systems/process discipline and forecast accuracy  
• Market insight, financial competence, and business acumen, knowledge of audio electronics preferred 
• Lead qualification, negotiation, and sales execution excellence 
• Networking, stakeholder influence, and relationship building  
• Fluent in written and spoken English 
• 7+ years industry experience in sales/project management, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
