Senior Development Engineer Electronics (m/f/d) 

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • You take full ownership of the design and integration of complex electronic systems.
  • You lead development projects, taking responsibility for detailed simulations, testing activities, and quality assurance.
  • You continuously develop the electronics architecture and optimize system integration.
  • You conduct and moderate technical reviews and coordinate closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You mentor junior and professional electronics engineers and actively promote knowledge sharing within the team.

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, or a related field (4-year program), ideally complemented by relevant further training,
    or a completed, at least 3-year, job-related vocational training with additional qualifications and extensive relevant professional experience.
  • You have expertise in the use of modern simulation and measurement tools, as well as in optimizing development processes.
  • You bring extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in the development of complex electronic systems.
  • You have proven expertise in leading the design of electrical systems, combined with cross-functional coordination and system integration.
  • You are able to translate complex technical requirements into innovative system solutions.
  • You demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills in the field of electronics.
  • You have business-fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
