Senior Systems Architect (m/f/d)

 

Your Tasks:

 

  • You take ownership of system interfaces, solve complex problems, and quickly adapt to new technologies and tools
  • You communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, and you demonstrate influence and persuasiveness in both technical and strategic discussions
  • You foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and build strong connections between software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
  • You ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and keep all parties engaged and informed throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • You design system architectures that meet both short-term and long-term project goals, ensuring technical excellence and system reliability
  • You continuously improve architectural practices, driving significant enhancements in system performance, scalability, and organizational capabilities

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • You have successfully completed a min. 4-years degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field. Alternatively, you have completed a relevant vocational training program of at least 3 years and bring additional qualifications along with extensive professional experience or you’ve acquired your expertise through hands-on training or a dual education program
  • You bring strong expertise in system analysis and design and are capable of handling complex requirements in large-scale projects
  • You have a proven ability to identify the root causes of complex problems and to develop and implement creative, effective solutions for large systems
  • You are able to clearly communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders, influence decision-making processes, and actively align technical and business objectives
