Technical Application Engineer EMEA - Subregion (m/f/d)
These tasks await you in our team:
- You will be responsible for supporting, systemically building and maintaining in-depth contacts with highly technical customers. You will be responsible for providing high-quality product support, as well as conducting more complex product demonstrations.
- Helping to design and deliver technical product training programs for employees, customers and other key players in the markets served by Sennheiser is also a matter close to your heart.
- Regular collaboration with customers, integrators, planners and industry influencers is a matter of course for you to build strong professional relationships and support sustainable business growth. Working with our Sales Managers and Business Development Managers, you will meet with end-users and customers to understand application requirements and provide technical recommendations.
- You will use your know-how, collect valuable market feedback on customer needs, industry trends, competitive activities and product opportunities and incorporate this into your everyday work.
- You will also provide remote and on-site support for customer projects, system and product demonstrations and special events to ensure the successful implementation and operation of technical solutions.
You have the following qualifications:
- Completed technical/commercial vocational training in the field of AV technology with several years of experience in the sale of solutions requiring explanation
- Extensive knowledge of Sennheiser & Neumann's product portfolio compared to the direct competition
- Ability to identify and analyze customer needs to present solutions and benefits
- Excellent ability to work in a team and strong motivation
- Good oral and written expression and presentation skills in German and English (B2)
- High willingness to travel to the DACH region (>70%)
- Very high level of competence in responsible organization of the working environment, including home office
