Service Technician (m/f/d)
- You carry out repairs and use a structured fault analysis to resolve issues in a targeted manner.
- Maintenance and measurement tasks are part of your daily routine – occasionally even directly at the customer’s site.
- In the ERP system (JDE or SAP), you maintain order-related data and ensure accurate documentation.
- For complaints, you take technical responsibility and bring them to a professional conclusion.
- You analyze recurring fault patterns, identify root causes, and collaborate with Production and Research & Development as part of continuous improvement.
- You keep your workplace, tools, and materials in good condition – including environmentally responsible disposal.
Your qualifications include:

Mechatronics technician or similar qualification, plus company-related further training or equivalent several years of professional experience.

Ideally, you hold certification as an electrical specialist.

You are familiar with common Office programs and already have experience with other IT systems.

You have strong communication skills and act responsibly and in a self-organized manner.

In addition, you possess good English and German language skills, both spoken and written.Openness, curiosity, and the willingness to continuously develop yourself are a matter of course for you.
