Controller - Corporate Functions (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- You will work closely with the Corporate Functions, the respective management teams, as well as Commercial Controlling, Corporate Controlling, and Finance & Accounting.
- You will develop and maintain a meaningful KPI framework for the global Corporate Functions service processes and analyze performance, cost structures, and cash flows.
- You will support the further development of allocation and charging models to ensure transparent and activity-based allocation of Corporate Functions resources to the business units.
- You will coordinate and manage planning, forecasting, and reporting processes on an international level.
- You will provide financial and business support for international Corporate Functions projects and contribute to their efficient design and implementation.
- You will prepare profitability analyses, business cases, and investment appraisals, while advising business functions and management on financial and business-related matters.
- You will contribute to the development of new business models and service offerings both within and outside the Sennheiser Group.
- You will support Global Service Center Controlling activities as well as the establishment and operation of the Controlling Help Desk.
Your Profile
- You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Corporate Performance Management.
- You have relevant professional experience in controlling within a manufacturing company, ideally operating in an international environment.
- You possess strong expertise in cost and management accounting, investment appraisal, and the development and analysis of performance management KPIs.
- You have experience working in international service organizations and a solid understanding of complex corporate and allocation structures.
- You combine strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a solution-oriented mindset and are able to implement improvements independently and sustainably.
- You have sound knowledge of ERP and analytical systems, ideally SAP, BI solutions, and Thinking Networks, as well as advanced MS Office skills.
- You stand out through excellent communication skills, a confident professional presence, and the ability to present complex topics effectively to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management.
- You are a team player with excellent written and spoken English skills and a good command of German.
