Intercompany and Country Partner Specialist (m/f/d)

These tasks are waiting for you:

• You handle the complete order processing for our subsidiaries, sales partners, production sites, as well as customers in the OEM, Mobility, and Aviation sectors, taking into account international payment terms such as prepayment or letters of credit.  
• You process inquiries, offers, special orders, and cost center orders, ensuring smooth handling of sample shipments.
• You clarify and track delivery dates for our internal and external customers.
• You prepare all documents, invoices, and certificates of origin required for national and international shipping.
• You handle Carnet A.T.A. claims, issue credit notes, and take care of the provision of return goods documents.
• You check orders for completeness, perform recalculations, and assist in the calculation of Mobility licenses.
• You maintain proper document filing and support foreign trade audits. 
• You work on cross-departmental projects, handle product inquiries, and track goods movements using serial numbers.

You bring the following qualifications:

• You have completed at least a 3-year business-related vocational training (ideally as a Specialist in Foreign Trade),
• additional professional training in financial accounting or equivalent professional experience.
•  Regular training in VAT law as well as on topics like export and letters of credit.
• Solid knowledge of legal regulations for order processing, such as internal procedures, anti-terrorism regulations, etc. 
• Confident use of MS Office products and experience with ERP systems. 
• You communicate confidently and fluently in English and German and present yourself competently to both internal and external customers. 
•  You take responsibility for your topics, work independently in a virtual team, and value and practice good teamwork.
