Internal Communications Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- You take overall responsibility for the intranet and drive its strategic as well as operational development
- You ensure governance, quality, and the user-focused evolution of structure and content
- You create and manage internal communications at group and top management level in a clear, target-audience-oriented, and impactful way
- You develop formats that foster dialogue and engagement and strengthen transparency within the company
- You advise and empower stakeholders in the use of communication channels, particularly the intranet
- You support change and transformation communication and collaborate closely with relevant interfaces
- You manage external partners and are responsible for the budget as well as the efficient use of resources
- You establish data-driven communication with clear success measurement and continuous optimization
Your qualifications:
- You have completed a university degree (standard duration of up to 4 years) in communications, PR, or a comparable qualification
- You have knowledge of PR methods and tools, particularly in internal communication
- Ideally, you have experience with internal communication platforms and tools and understand how to develop them strategically
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills and act confidently in cross-functional roles
- You have strong conceptual thinking skills and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- You possess strong project management and organizational skills
- You are confident working in an international environment and collaborate successfully across cultures
- You are proficient in writing in both German and English
- You are highly proficient in MS Office and have excellent English language skills
