Manager Brand Management (m/f/d) | MK440
Your Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for the global Brand Management function, including brand strategy, brand portfolio, governance, design, sponsorship, and merchandising.
• You will further develop the Sennheiser Group’s brand portfolio and strengthen the brands through strategic positioning and the expansion of the brand architecture.
• You will ensure consistent brand identities across all business units and markets - from purpose and values to tone of voice, messaging, and sound identity.
• You will oversee the entire brand management cycle and translate strategies into compelling brand experiences.
• You will develop and maintain brand guidelines and work closely with the Brand Licensing Manager to ensure brand integrity.
• You will lead and manage all brand design disciplines (graphic, digital, product, spatial) and - together with the UCX team - ensure a cohesive, high‑quality brand presence across all internal and external touchpoints.
• You will collaborate with Campaigns, Communications, and other marketing teams to develop strategic brand communication and brand‑specific content.
• You will strengthen brand understanding across the organization through trainings and enablement initiatives.
• You will manage and further develop the merchandise strategy in close collaboration with Sales, Licensing, and Communications.
• You will lead the Brand Management team, oversee the budget, and work closely with relevant global functions to achieve brand and corporate objectives.
Your Qualifications
• You hold a degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, Design Management, or a related field.
• You bring many years of experience in brand management, brand strategy, brand design, or comparable areas - ideally within global premium, consumer, audio, or technology brands.
• You have a proven track record in building and further developing global brand architectures, brand identities, and design frameworks.
• You have experience leading multidisciplinary brand teams (e.g., management, design, sponsorship, UI/UX).
• You communicate convincingly and work effectively across functions and departments.
• You bring strong intercultural competencies.
• You have fluent English skills.
• You possess a strong eye for detail, brand integrity, and consistent brand experiences.
