Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) (limited for approx. 12 months)
Your responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for complex projects with a high degree of organizational and technical complexity within defined governance frameworks.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, assess critical deviations from project objectives, and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Conduct structured analyses of complex project risks and develop sustainable mitigation and escalation strategies.
- Lead cross-functional project teams within the scope of your project responsibilities, without direct disciplinary management responsibility.
- Facilitate complex decision-making and alignment processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure transparent, audience-appropriate communication with management and project stakeholders.
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field, or completed at least three years of job-related vocational training supplemented by advanced qualifications and extensive relevant professional experience in a development environment.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects in technology-driven or product-oriented environments.
- In-depth knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively in complex organizational structures.
- Experience managing large project budgets and coordinating multiple sub-projects.
- Strong ability to analyze and effectively manage complex risk situations in a structured manner.
- Demonstrated capability to facilitate challenging negotiations and decision-making processes.
- Confident and effective communication skills in both German and English.
