Specialist HR Service/Administration (m/f/d)

 

These tasks await you in our team:

  • As a Specialist People Service, you handle all administrative tasks throughout the entire employee life cycle – from maintaining master data to processing HR transactions. You prepare employment contracts, conduct works council hearings, and draft various documents for our employees.
  • You are the first point of contact for our employees and support them with all their concerns.
  • As part of the 1st and 2nd-level support, you are responsible for managing time tracking processes.
  • You contribute to the preparation of payroll.
  • Are you interested in the digital world and want to actively improve and digitize HR processes? Perfect! Because participating in related projects is also part of your role.

Your qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training relevant to the role.
  • You bring several years of professional experience in operational HR administration.
  • You are knowledgeable in time management and have experience with SAP.
  • You have initial experience in payroll processing.
  • You are used to working in a pleasant and productive work environment.
  • You work solution-oriented and proactively, and you demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Your English skills are good, as English is often the language of communication in our internationally operating company.
