Strategic Planning Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- You serve as a strategic sparring partner to the Director of Revenue Operations and support the development, validation, and execution of Sennheiser Group’s commercial strategy
- You translate company-wide strategic objectives into clear commercial priorities, robust business cases, and actionable initiatives
- You connect Product Management, Marketing, and Sales into an integrated revenue organization and support collaboration within the Vertical Business Council
- You analyze market, customer, and business data, identify growth opportunities, and provide a sound basis for strategic decision-making
- You assess opportunities and risks and derive concrete business recommendations from your findings
- You coordinate the development of strategic plans with relevant stakeholders and ensure cross-functional alignment
- You ensure that our Go-to-Market teams receive the transparency, guidance, and prioritization needed to successfully execute strategic initiatives
- You take ownership of tracking strategic initiatives and drive their consistent implementation across the value chain
Your Qualifications
- You hold a degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- You have extensive experience in Strategic Planning, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, Business Strategy, or Corporate Development
- Ideally, you bring experience from a management consulting environment, along with strong capabilities in strategic communication design or a comparable level of rigor in structured problem-solving
- You are familiar with revenue operations technology stacks (CRM, BI, CPQ) from a strategic perspective rather than a technical process design perspective
- You think analytically, approach complex challenges in a structured way, and can communicate strategic concepts effectively
- You evaluate technologies through a strategic lens and identify opportunities to optimize processes and drive business growth
- You bring strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment skills
- You possess a strong business acumen and a deep understanding of commercial value drivers
