Working Student - Electronics Development & Embedded Hardware (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities in Our Team
- On Site in Hannover/Wedemark you will support the commissioning and assembly of prototypes, programming, and circuit design. Ideally, you bring prior experience in one or more of the following areas (not mandatory):

- Rework of SMD and THT assemblies: Soldering on adapter PCBs, replacing ICs, soldering passive components in sizes 0603 and smaller, wiring test points on PCBs, and performing fault analysis.

- Electronics testing and firmware updates: Preparing and executing tests on PCBs and devices (e.g., temperature tests), automating measurement equipment using Python.

- Measuring and testing high-end audio circuits and power electronics: Using advanced equipment such as oscilloscopes, audio analyzers, logic analyzers, and temperature loggers.

- Supporting PCB design: Assisting with PCB layout in Altium Designer for development purposes.
- You will assist the development team with ordering, researching, and analyzing datasheets for electronic components (passive, analog, and digital), as well as handling administrative tasks.

Your Qualifications
- Advanced studies in Electrical Engineering/Electronics and/or completed vocational training in electronics or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Switched Mode and Power (DC/DC, AC/DC, measurements on switching amplifiers/power supplies)
- High-End Analog (transistor and op-amp circuits)
- Microcontroller technology (MCUs and interfacing with external peripherals and memory components)
- Interest in hardware design for audio devices and/or programming/configuration of microcontrollers and embedded modules.
- Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for practical work.
- Structured and organized working style.
- Highly motivated and eager to contribute your own ideas to the team.
